In this use-and-throw society, constantly rushing and carelessly trashing, there is an urgent need to change, to transform, to transcend. TRASHCENDING means crossing a liminal space in our mind to become conscious of the transcendence of the act of littering, taking responsibility and action.

Concept and choreography developed collectively by the performers: Julia Gómez Avilés, Francesca Kezich, Derrick Siu and Nhon Vo, as part of the 7th No Borders Project organized by UNITY SPACE. Premiered on January 5th 2019 in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
